How I made it
The progress I went though to make it was
1. Did a planing on what the background going to look like. And the colours.
2. Research on my rugby silhouette And planned on what I was going to do.
3.Did my Good copy
4. cut the silhouettes out and traced it on black paper.
5. Glued it on the background.

Forest island

FOREST island

  1. Fred is trying to trap some thing
  2. Fred’s mate Solja distracts the monster
  3. The monster follows solja into fred's cage
  4. Then fred traps the monster in fred's cage

In the freezing frosty forest Fred saw something weird that was tall and shadowy.  Fred tried to trap it, but once he got a  better look at. It  was a monster.

The monster had pointy roots growing all over his back. He had  sharp nails and crinkly legs. His  blue eyes filled me with fear and it  stared right through me.

Freds mate soulja, distracted  the monster while fred got his cage ready. Fred's cage was  sensored. Once  the monster stepped in fred's cage it would automatically shut down.

The monster followed Soulja into the cage with a big BANG, the cage shut. Soulja was able to escaped the cage. Once Soulja got out of the cage Fred shot it. Then he took the monster to his lab.

Dear Tuliff

Thank you Tuliff for helping me to make a fire and for sneaking lollies to camp and giving me some.  Also thank you for teaching me more about the bush. I learned that in the past the Maori people used fungus to make a fire.

For me the highlight of camp was the trip to Mohi Bush where we made huts and you made a fire.  Seeing the white Kiwi at Mt Bruce was awesome.

Thanks Tuliff for giving up your own time and work time to come to school camp and help us.

Yours sincerely

all about me

MY best memory

When I was little I had a favourite memory, that memory was when I jumped off the Maraetotara waterfall. My dad caught me. It was very cold. Then my dad's friend climbed the waterfall. He put his foot up to rest it and he was hoping it was a rock to rest his foot but it was a hole. He pulled his foot up and looked at his toe. It was sticking out and we found out that it was broken.
What makes me laugh

When people try to manu and backslap  all you can hear is a loud slap, and it’s very funny. When the people that backslap, jump out of the pool, they have a pink back from the backslap.
Much loved hobby
I love hunting for possums and rabbits that are really fast. We  use sluguns. The possums look yuk to hold because you don't know what they have eaten or been through.

Fun fact

I like to play with my friends at the park or scooter and roaming the streets.

My Special Place

My special place  is Maraetotara waterfalls. People have a choice where to jump from. People can jump from a tree a cliff or the waterfall itself. The jump is 60 meters long and when you hit the bottom you make a big splash. There is a rope hanging from the tree you can swing off the rope into the water.

The waterfall is basically a hill. The water rushing down from the waterfall is white and  it's very cold it's too cold that there's certain days when too go there. At the bottom there is a round pool of water.

On the other side of the waterfall is a big rock and people can do manus an staples off it the water is deeper then you can imagine. I  like doing manus off the rock the most because the water is very deep it's so fun.

At the waterfall i swim with my dad and we have lots of fun. The water always stays cold so it is nice on hot days. Dad and I like to jump from the cliff because it is deep but not as deep as the other side. THIS IS MY SPECIAL PLACE MARAETOTARA FALLS.
